You may sign up for the waitlist by clicking link below. We do anticpiate waitlist movement, so be sure to sign-up and you will be notified when a ticket becomes available.

This year we will be returning to the Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp, right down the road from Timberline Ski Resort.

Your $155 registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all conference activities.

  • Dorm-style lodging at the Mt Hood Kiwanis Camp on Friday and Saturday nights.

  • Pizza dinner on Friday, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, as well as lunch and catered dinner on Saturday.

  • Give-aways and more!

Please note that we are able to provide refunds for tickets only if there is someone on the waitlist willing to purchase your ticket. Contact us for assistance.

Optional event shirt:

T-shirts can be pre-ordered through Eventbrite until Dec 7th. If you purchased an event T-shirt, these will be available for pickup during conference check-in. There will be a limited number of T-shirts available for purchase at the conference.

We are fortunate to host NWMC at the Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp. Please see our Location page for more details.

Directions:

The Mt Hood Kiwanis Camp (MHKC) is located about fifty miles east of Portland, off Highway 26, in the Mt. Hood National Forest. MHKC is just minutes from the ski slopes of Government Camp. Google Map Directions.

Carpooling & Parking:

There is a parking lot inside the camp near the main entrance that holds an estimated 40 cars. As such we strongly recommend carpooling to the conference to reduce the burden of double-parking.

Schedule:

This year’s conference shedule is still being finalized. Check-in begins Friday evening with a social event and introductory speaker. The main conference begins Saturday morning and ends Sunday afternoon.
