Pacific Northwest Wilderness Medicine held the first Northwest MedWAR in 2019.

After a few years of not being able to put on the race in 2020, 2021, and 2022, we hosted the successful return of MedWAR NW in April 2023.

We are thrilled to be able to keep the excitement going with MedWAR NW again in October 2025!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at medwar@pnwmed.org.
