Thank you for making MedWAR 2026 a success!

We look forward to hosting Northwest MedWAR again at a new location in Fall 2027

MedWAR is a map and compass guided wilderness adventure race in which teams of 4 individuals navigate to save patients (actors) in a variety of wilderness medicine scenarios supervised by physicians. There are no training or knowledge requirements, and you can learn as you race along. Top teams receive prizes of some pretty cool outdoor gear!

MedWAR 2026 was held in Yacolt Burn State Forest, WA.
