what should i wear?

It is winter on the flanks of Mt. Hood, and winter in the PNW means anything goes! While many talks will be given indoors, there will be hands-on simulations and workshops happening outside. Bring appropriate clothing (jackets, rain gear, boots, gloves, hat, etc). Here is the latest weather forecast for MHKC.

There are various dorm-style bunkhouses and cabins at MHKC. You will need to provide your own bedding. Please see the Location page for more info.

is there a rideshare?

In order to accommodate the limited venue parking, save on gas, and facilitate group sing-alongs, we are encouraging participants to carpool to the event. Every carpooler will receive 1 raffle ticket for each additional person in their car - a carpool of 5 means 5 tickets per person!

Is alcohol allowed?

Beer, cider, and seltzer will be provided thanks to our generous sponsors. ID will be checked to verify you are over 21. While we want everyone to have fun, please be responsible.
